Ayurveda, a 5,000 year old Indian system of well-being, meaning the Science of Life, is perhaps the oldest continuously used health maintenance system in the world. Ayurveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages maintaining health by paying attention to balance one's life through thought, diet and lifestyle. It enables one to understand how to create balance of body, mind and consciousness according to one's own individual constitution and how to make lifestyle changes to bring about and maintain this balance.

  • Conference objectives:
Provide a forum for discussion on and dissemination of Ayurveda. Interact with specialists of Ayurveda and Modern medicine from India and North America. Discuss the use of Ayurveda in clinical practice and health education. Discuss modern in-sights and current Research & Development efforts in Ayurveda.

  • Discussion topics include:
How to Introduce Ayurveda to Allopathic Doctors,
    Ayurvedic and Beauty Care,
    Health Maintenance & Diet,
